We’re thrilled to be presenting two workshops at this fall’s Lake Eden Arts Festival. Music lovers know the semi-annual LEAF festival is a wonderful weekend of music and art from around the world in the fabulous community and natural beauty of Black Mountain, NC. DrumRise will be offering two workshops on Saturday, October 20th as part of LEAF’s Healing Arts programming.
Find us in the Earth Tent at 5:30pm for a demonstration of the TaKeTiNa meditative rhythm and movement process. Then follow us to the Sky Tent at 7:30pm where we’ll teach a 1-hour intro to West African drumming class, focused on relaxation and stress relief. Hope to see you there!
